We are Elsie Gawler and Ethan Stokes Tischler, New England songsters and tunesmiths who are weaving together a musical world of past, present, and hopeful future. We delight in learning and sharing the rich musical traditions of New England, Quebec, their Celtic influencers, and Scandinavia, as well as writing our own tunes and songs to carry these traditions forward.

Projects on the horizon
On the heels of our debut solo albums, Sweet as Honey (Elsie) and Across the Waking Skies (Ethan, Fall 2021) we are gearing up to record our debut DUO album - Richer than Gold in 2023/2024.
